Policy Agreement

(Pre-Paid Bench Fee)

The $60-dollar pre-paid bench fee is non-refundable. If the board is not repairable, we will cover

the cost of return shipping. However, the bench fee is permanent. Bench fee is subject to waiver during special promotions. 

(Warranty)

Every board we repair is subject to a 2-YEAR WARRANTY from the date of the paid invoice. G-Force Electronics LLC warrants this repair to be free from defects for a period of 2 years from the date of the paid invoice. Liability is limited to the part described herein when returned to our facility, transportation prepaid, and subject to our inspection of approval. Misuse or mishandling of said repair

part will not be subject to warranty repair. Parts returned but determined to have No-Fault-Found will be subject to return shipping and bench fees.

(Liability)

G-Force Electronics LLC makes sure every package is secured and wrapped in ESD protection upon return. We assume no liability for any part/parts listed in this form that are not in our possession. We are not to be held accountable for electronics mishandled or damaged in shipping or transport.

(Repair Authorization) 

G-Force Electronics LLC is authorized to perform invasive troubleshooting, testing, and diagnostics on every product sent to us for servicing. Before every repair G-Force Electronics LLC will confirm with the client if they wish to move forward with repair, once approval is granted, we will initiate a repair. 

(Payment Delinquency) 

G-Force Electronics LLC will be given the rights to the product or device sent to us for service if the client fails to provide payment upon repair or service completion. The client has up 10 days from the date of final invoicing to provide payment for service. In the event payment is not received within the timeline mentioned above, the client agrees to forfeit the property to G-Force Electronics LLC.
