Our Process

Fill out the repair form located at the bottom of every page.

Please give accurate and detailed information. 

You will receive our mailing address once a repair form is submitted.

 Make sure to package your item carefully and securely.

Once we receive the package, we will notify you the item is in our possession. 

Testing will take place with a quote for repair within 24-48 hours from the time we receive the package. 

You can expect repair of your circuit board or device to begin on the date the quote is accepted. 

Repair lead time is 1-2 days. 

When the repair is completed, you will receive an invoice via email or text. 

Upon reception of payment, your circuit board or device will be shipped. 

Return shipping will take place the same business day if the payment is received between 8:00AM-3:00PM CST.  If payment is received after 3:00PM CST, return shipping will be the following business day.
